BRIDAL EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Thank you for choosing Lawren*s for your Bridal selections. We look forward to being of service to you. We offer in store Bridal consultations, by appointment, or online registry. You may request an appointment for an in store by calling the store, 256-534-4428, or through Bridge. Our online registry catalog is vast, not every item shown is stocked in store. Items can be ordered at the time of exchange.

2. In order to assist new Brides in completing their patterns, Lawren*s will gladly exchange any gift items that we have sold, for the price paid at the time of the purchase.

3. Owe Cards are sent when china, crystal, silver and stainless are not in stock or when a particular pattern item has been oversold. An owe card details the gift that has been purchased, an enclosed message and the name of the gift giver. Owe cards may be redeemed for any item in store. A bride may request that Owe Cards be sent rather than actual gifts. These Owe Cards must be redeemed at the time of exchange.

4. We will be happy to special order patterns that we display in quantities of two to four place settings. In the event that these special order items are not sold for the Bride, they will have to be purchased by the Bride at the time of the exchange.

5. A bridal exchange requires an appointment, after the wedding, as this saves time for the Bride and Lawren*s.

6. China, crystal, silver, and stainless steel is ordered, after the wedding, at the time the Owe Cards are redeemed, not at the time the gift is purchased.

7. No cash refunds. Bridal credit may be used for any items we currently carry. Credits may not be used for the purchase of gifts to be wrapped and/ or delivered.
